Prescriptions are issued during consultations. Patients can collect medicines from any nearby pharmacy. The clinic does not operate a separate pharmacy counter.

Initial consultations typically last 30–60 minutes. Follow-up appointments are usually 15–30 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete registration formalities.
